Parade Group Captain

Each group must designate a “Parade Group Captain to serve as the primary contact for the parade logistics team. The parade captain is expected to remain with the group at all times and to ensure compliance with the Prade Rules & Safety Guidelines for the duration of the parade lineup and procession (Appx 3 hours).
